Penny Cook, President and CEO of Pioneer Network, the nation’s leader in promoting positive cultural change in aging, takes a deep dive into the role and influence of technology in senior living communities, and what that means for the culture of aging on a greater scale.

In this 30-minute interview, listeners will hear the latest challenges and solutions to the way cultural change impacts care, policy, and technological advancements in the senior living industry.

In her illustrious career, Penny has demonstrated a passion for changing the culture around aging through her many professional achievements. Penny previously served as the Manager of the Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program in the Denver metropolitan region, Executive Director of the Colorado Culture Change Coalition and Director of Long Term Services and Supports for Colorado Access. While there she managed a state Medicaid contract to connect individuals to long-term services and supports. Penny received her Master of Social Work degree from the State University of New York at Albany and her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Binghamton University. Learn more about Penny here.
