While Eversound is designed with the group in mind, take advantage of using Eversound during 1-on-1s with staff or family members!

  1. To simply speak with a resident using Eversound, connect the lapel mic to the “Mic In Only” port on the transmitter.
  2. Clip the mic to the top of your shirt and as close to your mouth as possible.
  3. Power on the transmitter and two or more headphones. This allows the speaker and the resident to wear the headphones together to hear each other with extreme clarity.
  4. Take advantage of 1-on-1 communication with residents for conversations with staff members, family member visits, or doctor or nurse practitioner care plan meetings.

If you wish you wish to play music for the resident, use the Aux cord to connect to the “Aux Audio In” port on the transmitter and connect the other end to your audio source headphones jack (iPhone, iPad, iPod, laptop, kindle and so on).
